2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 388vin platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 388vin makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to your location. If your jurisdiction prohibits or restricts online gambling, you must not register or use 388vin.
2.3 Single Account Restriction. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 388vin. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in suspension and forfeiture of all balances across the linked accounts, at 388vin's sole discretion.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and truthful information during registration and keep your account details up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination without prior notice.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 388vin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
3.1 Account Suspension. 388vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: (a) fraudulent activity; (b) breach of these Terms; (c) use of software to gain unfair advantage; (d) abuse of promotions; or (e) any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other users.
3.2 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not had any login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 388vin will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder by email before applying an inactivity fee. The inactivity fee will not reduce an account balance below zero. Reactivation requires 388vin Login and confirmation of account ownership.
3.3 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your 388vin account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within standard processing times. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4.6 Deposit-Only Funds. Deposits may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used to fund the account, up to the deposited amount via that method. 388vin applies this policy to prevent misuse of the platform as a payment processing intermediary.
5.1 Game Integrity. 5.3 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. 5.4 Cricket Betting. PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body. In-play markets are settled on the result at the time the market is closed, with 'push' rules applying where specified in the market rules. Rain rules and DLS adjustments follow standard cricket regulations.
6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 388vin are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions issued alongside each offer. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to, and where not inconsistent with, those specific promotional terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Sports betting markets settled at odds below 1.50 typically contribute at reduced rates to wagering requirements.

9.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. 388vin does not guarantee that you will win any amount by using its services. All games and betting markets carry inherent financial risk. Past performance on the platform has no bearing on future outcomes.
9.2 Service Availability. 388vin endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, ISP-level restrictions in Pakistan, and force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability. 388vin is not liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.
9.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388vin's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 388vin is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
9.4 Third-Party Content. Games and live casino streams on 388vin are supplied by third-party providers. 388vin is not liable for technical failures, stream interruptions, or outcome disputes arising from third-party provider systems, provided 388vin has taken reasonable steps to select reputable and licensed providers.
